Application Of X-ray Detection On The Ground Of Productivity Construction

Radiographic inspection is the use of rays can pass through material in different degrees, in the penetration process,the use of photographic film or photosensitive effect occurred for some chemical elements and compounds occurring fluorescence,with a certain degree of attenuation rule, in order to find a testing method of internal defects of objects.The final results of weld radiographic method is radiographic film of weld.The length and width of defect (or diameter) through the determination of size film, and the defect density represents the defects along the plate(or penetration direction) size. Therefore, to calculate the defect’s height, it must accurately detect the blackness of defects in the film.At present, both the installation of equipment, process piping, or in the pipeline, welding connection joints in the construction of oilfield surface engineering is widely used. Therefore, the welding quality control is very important in the production of oil field.Radiographic inspection is an important technology of welding inspection of product quality, it is widely used for welding in the aerospace industry, nuclear industry, iron and steel industry, machinery industry, mines and oil industry,electronic industry, ceramic industry nondestructive inspection of products. X-ray flaw detection is widely used in welding quality detection in productivity construction,the results of weld defect detection is straightforward and reliable.
