Aryloxyazetidines and arylazetidines are important pharmaceutical intermediates.In thesis, the synthesis of aryloxyazetidine and arylazetidine derivatives wasinvestigated.1. Study on synthesis of1-N-Boc-3-aryloxyazetidine derivatives.The synthesis of aryloxyazetidines derivatives in moderate to good yields hasbeen investigated by using arylboronic acids and1-Boc-3-iodoazetidine as substrates,CuI/L-proline as catalyst system, DMA as solvent, K3PO4as base, at80℃. A varietyof functional groups (nitrile, halide, ester, nitro, ketone) are tolerated, some pyridinylboronic acids are also tolerated in the methodology (Scheme1).2. Study on synthesis of tert-butyl3-(pyridin-3-yl)azetidine-1-carboxylate.The target product tert-butyl3-(pyridin-3-yl)azetidine-1-carboxylate wasobtained in53%yields by using pyridine-3-boronic acid pinacol ester and1-Boc-3-iodoazetidine as substrates, Pd(PPh3)4as catalyst, DMF/H2O(10:1) assolvent and K3PO4as base, at60℃.(Scheme2).
