Research On The Integrated Mining Technology For Huogeqi Copper With Safety And Strengthening

Huogeqi Copper which is a large multi-metal mine based on copper is an important industrial raw material production bases of copper in western china, and has become one of the largest metal ore mines with deep filling method nowadays. Huogeqi Copper with complex geological conditions mines difficultly, and has its own characteristics. There is no mature mining methods at home and abroad can be learn. Because the mining methods that uses long-term is not suited to mine, resulting in mining confusion, high production of dilution and loss, low security, wasting a lot of resources and not reaching production goals.This paper aims to study a method which is suitable Huogeqi copper mining. Using this method, you can make the mining sequence, reduce the dilution and loss of mining process, improve operational safety, achieve the desired production capacity successfully. Mainly study aspects are the following:(1) Access to literature, this paper got the mining methods and parameters of the mines which are similar to Huogeqi Copper, and analyze the mining methods and engineering examples. Besides investigate and analyze the major mining mining technical difficulties of Huogeqi Copper.(2) Investigate and analyze the mining method which Huogeqi Copper is using now,this paper got the existing mining method, mining parameters, technical and economic indicators as well as the status of exploitation. Analysis the shortcomings of the existing mining methods in the design, mining and construction.(3) Through access to relevant information and on-site investigation, this paper obtained the geological situations of ore deposits, and analyzed the mining technical conditions of ore deposits.(4) This paper determine the mining technology program of Huogeqi Copper. Through compare the technical, economic and safety of the mining methods, and ultimately determine mining methods and structural parameters of Huogeqi Copper, and clearly the mining sequence. (5) We carried out the mining test and filling industrial test in the test stope,and get good results. Through analyze the production capacity of the middle stope,this paper selected ancillary mining equipment for Huogeqi Copper.
