ABSTRACT:Transparent conductive material has long been dominated by ITO, but with the shortage of indium resources, the rapid development of the soft touch and cheaper process’s requirements, more alternative materials was developed. Silver nanowires only limited in the application research for laboratory. This paper conduct a study on the preparation of silver nanowires touch electrode, wherein transparent conductive electrode as a substitute for ITO electrode, and low square resistance electrode as a new generation of embedded touch electrode.First of all, by using the silver nanowires dispersion material, prepared transparent conductive film with square resistance of15Ω/□and transmittance of93%to optimize the sol-gel preparation conditions. When in better condation,we can get transparent conductive film with transmittance of95%. In order to improve the hardness, adhesion and antioxidant capacity of touch electrode, spin-coating OC protective layer on the electrode, this could improve the above performance of touch electrode compared with others without OC layer.Secondly, low square resistance film with0.65Ω/□was prepared by the silver nanowires, compared the single sol-gel method with sol-gel and scraping-coating combined process, proved the latter can prepare more uniform film, and also made SEM and FIB characterization for it. In addition, through referring to the exposure conditions of transparent conductive electrode, explored that good pattern touch electrode can be etched under20Celsius degrees and10seconds’s conditions. This touch electrode had good adhesion, and through the study on its oxidation conditions, we found it oxidized quickly when temperature exceeded250Celsius degrees in air, melted or fractured in300Celsius degrees. Finally, in order to solve the problem of touch electrode wire break during process, prepared array orientation silver nanowires film, in this way, obviously decreased the resistance of the electrode and also greatly reduced the risk of wire break. |
