In this paper, our group use the experimental method researched2total different types of mesoporous silica materials’ preparation based on n-octadecyltrimethoxysilane (C18TMS) and three block copolymer surfactant (P123). Verifing the relationship between the thiol modified efficiency with mercapto silane ratio. Core-shell structural Fe3O4@SiO2nanocomposite particles were prepared and it showed a perfect drug delivery curve as asprin of sample. The main works of this paper are as follows:1. The preparation of mesoporous silicaMesoporous silica were prepared via the process in which with n-octadecyltrimethoxysilane (C18TMS) and three block copolymer surfactant (P123) as the templates in room temperature. The structure and morphology of the materials were characterized by TEM, SEM, FT-IR, XRD, and the N2sorption analyzer. The process is simple; the experimental condition is easy to reach. The product particles are stable. The microparticles based on C18TMS are about100nm diameter, with huge surface areas and disordered pore channel. The nano materials based on PI23showed ordered hexagon pore structure. Pore sizes as twice as much that of C18TMS nanoparticles.2. The fictionalization of mesoporous silicaThis article modified mesoporous silica as following three aspects:Magnetic:Core-shell structural Fe3O4@SiO2nanocomposite particles were prepared via a sol-gel process, in which the hydrolysis of TEOS was conducted on the surface of Fe3O4under the aid of basic catalyst. Materials exhibit ferromagnetism and it is easy to separate from the solution by set en external magnetic. The magnetic measurement indicated that the Fe3O4@SiO2hollow mesoporous spheres exhibited ferromagnetic behavior with the magnetization saturation of14.5emu/g.Amino-modified:The amino-modified Fe3O4@SiO2nanocomposite materials were prepared via pre-graft method at the water bath temperature of40℃, in which APTES was the coupling agent.Thiol-Modified:Thiol modified mesoporous silica through Xylene reflux method to get the characteristics of absorb heavy metal ions.3groups of experiments showed that under low concentrations the more Mercaptosilane the higher grafting efficiency.3. Application of drug deliveryThe drug delivery carriers are the nano particles based on the C18TMS. When Aspirin was loaded, the material showed high drug loading capacity of34wt%. The drug-release curve of aspirin in a simulated body fluid (SBF) over48h periods provides that these materials to be a very promising nanocarrier in a targeted drug delivery system.
