This paper studies the synthesis of monodisperse nano-silica, discusses the experimental study of factors such as temperature, reactant concentration, stirring speed of nano-silica particle size and morphology. In obtaining the morphology rules, uniform nano-silica particle size, we as a nucleus for its use of technology wrapped in layers of self-assembly of bovine serum albumin and chitosan on its surface. In using a variety of detection methods to determine the silica nucleus has successfully wrapped bovine serum albumin (chitosan) we studied and discussed this nanospheres for docetaxel and drug encapsulation efficiency rate.By comparing the current synthesis of nano-silica used physical and chemical methods, and through multiple sets of experiments to compare the reference, we chose the synthesis of nano-silica hydrolysis method using TEOS (TEOS) as a silicon source, in under conditions of ammonia as a catalyst, to explain the release of free water Si-OH, Si-OH fracture the formation of silica, we got monodisperse morphology rules, uniform particle size of nano-silica, and the effects of various experimental factors for nano-silica particle size and morphology of the nucleus effects. We had successfully prepared monodisperse, spherical with a particle size distribution in the300-400nm nano-silica.In large-scale synthesis and morphology can be obtained rules, after uniform nano-silica particle nucleus we use a layer self-assembly method (Layer by Layer), bovine serum albumin (chitosan) drill wrapped in nano-silica sphere surface to give a homogeneous silica core with bovine serum albumin (chitosan) nanoparticles. Bovine serum albumin was prepared (chitosan) particles having good monodispersity and stability. We use atomic force microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, ultraviolet spectrometer and other instruments can determine the success of nano-silica surface adhesion of bovine serum albumin or chitosan.In the next experiment, we explored this bovine serum albumin (chitosan) drug research anticancer drug docetaxel particles are used to measure the concentration of docetaxel using high-performance liquid chromatography, and further explores the various experimental conditions for docetaxel and drug encapsulation efficiency rate impact. The test results show that under the right conditions, such bovine serum albumin (chitosan) particles for cancer drug docetaxel can achieve higher encapsulation efficiency and drug loading. The entrapment efficiency and drug loading rate reached30.63%and13.92%.
