In this paper, Using basic copper carbonate and basic zinc carbonate as raw materials, wood nano composite preservative MCZ (micro copper zinc compounds) which was non-toxic and efficient was prepared by wet ball milling. The effect of dispersant category, dispersant dosage, temperature, pH and ultrasonic dispersing time on the preparation of MCZ was researched. The test results showed that lOg of common basic copper carbonate and zinc carbonate were wet grinding by the01-HDDM experimental grinding machine, the dosage of test composite dispersant was1.0g, temperature was25℃, the speed of grinding machine was3500r/min and time was one hour, finally the stable wood nano composite preservative MCZ was prepared which average particle diameter was39.0nm and result of ten days deposition was3%.TEM showed that the main morphology of MCZ was irregular flake, which performed good dispersion, the size of width or length size were20nm-95nm. This fit the result measured by laser particle size analyzer.In the acute toxicity test, the LD50value of MCZ was measured by mice as experiential animals. The value was used to evaluate the safety performance of MCZ, and provide reference data for the application of nano materials in the wood industry. The results showed LD50value was over5000mg/kg which inferred that the acute toxicity of MCZ was non-toxic.Based on LY/T1283-2011and AWPAE11-2011, wood block test was carried on to evaluate decay resistance and leach resistance performance using MCZ and ACQ. The results showed that the anti-bacterial of MCZ performed well. The decay resistance of its treated wood rose obviously. When the concentration was1.25%, the decay resistance reached strong corrosion grade, the fixing rate of its treated wood was over95%. For Pinus massoniana Lamb which is hard treated, its drug loading of MCZ was slightly less than Poplar, indicating that the permeability of MCZ performed better and can be used to treat some hard treated wood.In order to know the distribution of MCZ in wood, this paper used SEM and EDX to observe the distribution of MCZ. Through XRD analyzing the difference of crystallinity between treated wood and control wood, the effect of MCZ on wood cellulose was analyzed. FTIR was used to study distribution and combination of MCZ in the wood by comparing changes of main components and chemical band in treated wood and control wood. The results showed the way that MCZ particles impregnated was mainly catheter, tracheid and pits. SEM-EDX revealed that MCZ can reach to cell wall meaning penetrability being good. That XRD measuring characteristic absorption bands of MCZ particles indicated MCZ particles being into wood. According to FTIR, MCZ particles may form hydrogen bond with wood cellulose hydroxyl, or coordinate with component to fix in wood, which made leaching resisitence good.
