With the rapid development of China’s aquaculture industry currently, huge amount ofmanure produced, resource utilization is the best treatment method. Larger mount manureapplied to agricultural production for improving soil fertility and crops’ quality. Vegetableis an essential food for Chinese people, for the widespread use of feed additives, long-termapplication of manure easily lead to heavy metal pollution of soil and Survey results showthat heavy metals and vegetables. Therefore, this paper investigates heavy metal content insoil and vegetables for years of application of manure vegetable base, and evaluates therisk of heavy metal. A pot cultivation experiment was carried out to study soil physical-chemical properties of pig manure on the quality of the impact of different vegetables andaccumulate Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd, Pb five heavy metals in different parts of the soil andvegetables. The main results are as follows:(1)Survey results show: Cu, Zn, Cd of vegetables(Radish, mustard, cabbage, lettuce, cabbage, onion, garlic, onions (March-April)) HI>1.0, In particular, lettuce HI>10.0,it is shows that there may be a serious health risk after eating this lettuce. Soilpolluted by heavy metals in strong degree.(2)After manure is applied to soil with the gradient, vegetables’ height, freshweight and soil organic matter have obviously enhanced. The height of Suzhou Green andred moss reached max in D process compared to CK increased61.97%,48.03%,while lettuce andbroccoli’s height increased112.62%,154.93%in C process. The fresh weight of Suzhou Green、red moss、lettuce and broccoli reached maximum at C treatment, respectively4.16、4.33、16.84、12.19times to CK. The soil organic of vegetables under D treatment reached maxincreased35.96%、45.84%、94.87%、47.09%compared to CK. However, an excessiveamount of manure applied to the vegetables, plant height, fresh weight and soil organicmatter does not significantly improved. For manure is weakly alkaline, when increasing theamount of manure, soil pH will be increased.(3)The content of Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd in soil will improve when manure increases. The amount of heavy metals in soil and manure have a significant positivecorrelation.Under the same gradient of pig manure, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd content in soildifferent from Suzhou Green, lettuce, red moss and broccoli.(4)The content of Zn, Mn in vegetables and manure have a significant negativecorrelation. The content of Mn in broccoli and red moss are leaves>root>Stem; lettuceleaves> stem> root; Suzhou Green leaves> stem and root. In case of applying to differentgradients manure, Cu content of vegetables in the A-16or B-37.5reaches the maximum. After that increase the amount of manure, its content is reduced. The content of Zn inbroccoli are root>leaves>Stem, red moss leaves and root> stem, Suzhou Green leavesand stem> root, Zn accumulated mainly in Suzhou green stem and leaves. The content of Zn in lettuce are leaves> stem and root in CK-0, A-16, B-37.5, but root> leaves> stem inthe C-150, D-300treatment.(5)Cd has a certain role in the accumulation of Suzhou Green, lettuce and redmoss, its content exceeding our highest allowable amount of Cd in vegetables. In particular, its stem and leaves in Suzhou Green Enrichment most obvious.
