Cancer had become a hot and focus topic because of the serious threat to human health.Nitrogen mustard was found and used in the treatment of malignant lymphoma, anticancerdrugs plays more and more important role in the treatment of tumor. People committed tofinding effective ways and drugs to treat cancer. Metal complexes as anticancer drugsresearch has become a focus of the researchers chase since cisplatin was found to haveanticancer activity can effectively inhibit the growth of malignant tumors, further researchin clinical application and the later. This paper studies anticancer activity of two kinds ofplatinum complexes and iridium complexes in molecular level and cell level, andsynthetised liver cancer cell DNA encapsulated silver nanoclusters. The main contents asfollows:1. Combining with the resonance light scattering spectroscopy, fluorescence technique,viscosity chemical analytical methods, we studed the interaction and mechanism betweentwo kinds of platinum complexes and DNA on the molecular level in vitro. Study theanticancer activity of platinum complexes on Hela cell line, MCF-7cell line, MHCC97-Hcell line by cytotoxicity in cell level. The results showed that, two platinum complexes withDNA produced a certain interaction, but the effect is not obvious, and the cell experimentsalso showed that the:half effective inhibition concentration of two kinds of complexes werehigher than200μM and did not eshibited anticancer activity.2. Study the interaction between two cyclometalated iridium complexes and DNA,combined with a variety of chemical analysis method (spectroscopy, viscosity method) andthe cytotoxicity and cell apoptosis test, the research found that two cyclometalated iridiumcomplexes insert to DNA base, replication, transcription the effect of DNA. Cytotoxicitytest showed that only one complexes have anticancer activity, further study the Mechanismof the complexes to induce apoptosis in cancer cells.3. The water soluble and fluorescent Ag Nanoclusters(NCLs) were successfully preparedwith using double strands DNA as stabilizing reagent and reduce in-suit, The as-preparedAg NCLs showed red emission line with narrow size and the peak is619nm.4days laterAg NCLs have high fluorescence peak at room temperature, and the agglomeration of nanoclusters are relatively small. The effects of light, oxygen and the ratio of [templates]/[silverions] silver nanoclusters stability and fluorescence properties. By the comparing test at thesame synthesis conditions found that adjusting the intensity of illumination, the ratio of[templates]/[silver ions] can regulate the fluorescence properties of silver nanoparticles. Silver nanoclusters have stronger fluorescence intensity and relatively more stable when incertain [templates]/[silver ions] ratio without illumination.
