Along with the continuous development of our country’s high-yielding modern mechanized mine mining technology, the scale of coal mining and mining intensity has increased greatly, the mine exploitation continuously to develop in the direction of depth, more and more complex geological conditions, the general construction of roadway is difficult, deformation of retaining structure crack, short service life, high repair rate. The cross sectional size of roadway is increasing to meet the mine ventilation, transportation and installation of large equipment requirements. However, it Significantly increased the difficulty of support, especially under the soft rock crushing conditions, Large section roadway problem is particularly prominent, severely restricts the safe and efficient production of coal mines, large cross section of broken roof of roadway surrounding rock supporting technology has become a problem to be solved.Taking the first mining area of Shanxi Yi cheng Shou Wang’s No.2mining area roadway support issues as engineering background in this thesis. Selecting the second mining area roadway typical roadway roof coring on the basis of full investigation of the engineering site, researching of the experiment on rock mechanical properties; Conducting roof drilling peep in the representative locations of the roadway, investigating the extent of roadway roof rock crushing and crushing zone depth. Using large section broken roof rock deformation theory, to detailed analysis the broken roof of roadway surrounding rock deformation and failure characteristics, deformation and failure factors and failure mechanism, and from the point of view of rock mechanics deformation mechanism in-depth analysis; Proposed reinforced the roof grouting support technology, the finally adopted "anchor wire rope bolt grouting and combined supporting method; applying FLAC-3D numerical software to simulate and analysis the combined support results, and compare with the combined support effect, Including in tunneling period the roadway deformation of the face affected by adoption. The theoretical analysis and practical projects closely linked together to verify the reasonableness of grouting technology; Through analyzing the characteristic of grouting reinforcement and determined the main grouting parameters, and using numerical simulation method roadway bolt layout spacing, bolt length, grouting and grouting pressure range to optimize the design. Through the above analysis and research, this paper established a relatively complete theoretical system and support programs for broken roof rock large section roadway. It has high reference and application value for the similar engineering.
