The high pressure water jet cutting drill researched in this paper made by hydraulic drive mechanism, continuous steel pipe winding mechanism, the reversing mechanism, travel mechanism, continuous steel pipe clamp, advancing the clamping mechanism, straightening mechanism and the composition of support hydraulic system. In order to guarantee the safety of the high pressure water jet cutting machine. We adopt advanced software to simulate actual working conditions for long distance seamless steel pipe and reversing mechanism and its direct mix and pressing mechanism for modeling and simulation.Precision modeling for steel pipe winding mechanism which is the main part of the high pressure water jet cutting drill machine, then having an analysis of the stress and the strain of steel tube in.the working state in the ANSYS WORKBENCH window. Summarizing the study of the steel pipe in this machine from the predecessors we find that the analysis of the bending stress of steel tube can’t show the actual bearing of steel pipe in the actual working condition. According to the above situation, this article deletes the spare part which will not influence the analysis precision in the model after precise modeling. In the WORKBENCH window, totally recreates the winding mechanism work movement, through the analysis of the transient module (transient structural) fluid-solid interaction and module (FSI:Fluid Flow provided (CFX)-> Static structure) bending stress of steel tube are analyzed.The high pressure water jet cutting machine steering gear transmission system is simulated. Through the simulation, we can obtain more accurately contact stress of gears in the transmission. It can let the designers get a comprehensive understanding for the condition of gear transmission under various contact problems, according to the analysis of the deformation and stress distribution of outcomes in combination and the corresponding design standards and specifications. It can provide theoretical basis for the optimization of the high pressure water jet cutting machine.According to the material object, we can get the precise modeling of1#shaft system in the reversing system. In traditional finite element analysis, in order to reduce the amount of calculation and improve the calculation speed, first of all we must to simplify the analysis object. The simplifying of analysis object more or less has a certain influence on the results of the analysis. In this paper, we make a precise modeling of the1#shaft parts based on the high powerful computing capacity PC in laboratory. To get a simulation data most conforms to the actual situation. Making the model into ANSYS WORKBENCH Through the interface technology to finite element analysis and validating the reliability of the reversing system1#shaft. Continuous steel pipe seamless steel pipe transporting cylinder fit closely to compaction mechanism, in order to ensure the working process of seamless steel tube will have to work because of the bending spring back adverse effect, it is necessary to make analysis of the reliability of compaction mechanism.
