Energy saving has become the subject of today’s social development, electrostaticprecipitators (ESP) are widely used in the field of recycling and treatment of industrialdust with its unique advantages.From the practical control of view, we research on thecontrol strategy, and carried out a detailed analysis of its operating characteristics of thephase-shifted full-bridge converter. The development process include the following:Based on the soft-switching technology, after explaining the high-voltagehigh-frequency transformer circuit characteristics and load equivalent model, we analyzethe main circuit engineering integrated with transformer parasitic parameters, then selectthe appropriate mode.In order to meet the demand of high-voltage high-frequency electrostaticprecipitator power supply operating characteristics, using phase-shifted full-bridgeconverter, proposing a method for flashover determination and processing. We researchon the spark rate control algorithm, and propose spark and tracking through thethree-stage adjustment, finally achieve the control for high-voltage high-frequencyelectrostatic precipitator power supply. |
