The combination of anaerobic biological treatment technology and membranetechnology is the new trends of wastewater treatment process in recent years. Theadvantages and prospects of The application prospect of anaerobic membranebioreactor system is that it can treat certain wastewater: contains a high concentrationof poisonous and harmful substances of high concentration organic industrialwastewater; with high level of SS in the effluent concentration organic wastewaterand the waste water Which is difficult to form granular sludge with simply AnaerobicBiological Treatment methods.Using the anaerobic membrane bioreactor with methane cycle and distributedsludge to treat acetone and isopropyl alcohol mixed wastewater in this experiment.The experiment result shows that using the anaerobic membrane bioreactor withmethane cycle and distributed sludge to treat beer wastewater can be feasible. When thereactor is stable, its volume load is10kgCODcr/(m3.d) and hydraulic retention time is2days. Atthe same time the influent COD is about20000mg/L; but the removal rate of biochemicalreactor>93%, the removal rate of biochemical reactor mixture effluent COD concentration<1300mg/L, membrane effluent COD <1000mg/L and the total removal rate>95%.During the startup of beer wastewater treatment, adding1/3concentration ofmethanol wastewater can effectively stimulate the growth of methanogens in thereactor, and significantly shorten the startup time.The stable process parameters of the anaerobic membrane bioreactor withmethane cycle and distributed sludge during the stable operation phase include these.The range of pH is from6.7to7.2, the range of temperature is from32to37℃,mixture dissolved oxygen in the reactor is lower than0.03mg/L, the range of basicitymixture is from1000mg/L to2000mg/L. During the startup phase of the wastewater,C: N: P is keeping in(200~300):5:1.In the stable operation, C: N: P is keeping in1000:5:1, which can meet demands too.There is no special corresponding membrane cleaning device in the anaerobicmembrane bioreactor with methane cycle and distributed sludge. The control ofmembrane pollution mainly depends on the combination of methane cycle andhydraulic cycle. Membrane module selects the hollow fiber membrane of the Tianjinmembrane company. Membrane is hydrophilic and asymmetric membrane, the installation is immersion and water production mode is cross-flow filtration. Theappropriate sludge concentration is15000mg/L, methane cycle/hydraulic cycle gaswater ratio is as high as30:1.Works with production water for5minutes, wash theintermittent operation mode of5minutes.After finishing the research of beer wastewater treatment, methane cycledistributed sludge anaerobic membrane bioreactor closed for one month andsuccessfully starts again during15days, showing that anaerobic sludge can restoreactivity in a relatively short time in the second start.During the start period of acetone and isopropyl alcohol mixed wastewater, theremoval rate of biochemical reactor <75%, but from the variation trend of the removalrate, the reactor adapts to the acetone and isopropyl alcohol mixed wastewatergradually. After comparing with similar wastewater treatment effect of Si Yuanenvironmental protection company with coagulation sedimentation/IC/MBR process,the treatment of acetone and isopropyl alcohol mixed wastewater is feasible.
