In recent years, with environmental pressures increasing, green efficiency surfactant has become the mainstream of the research in the development of surfactant. But Gemini organic silicon non-ionic surfactants with amides bond was studied less than others. This study used γ-Aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane, hexamethyldisiloxane and glutaric acid chloride as the raw materials to synthesize Gemini organic silicon nonionic surfactant. This research was divided into three steps: First, γ-Aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane reacted with hexamethyldisiloxane to get γ-Aminopropyltrisiloxan,which was characterized; Second, γ-Aminopropyltrisiloxan was reacted with glutaric acid chloride to getGemini organic silicon nonionic surfactant Glutaramatepropyltrisiloxane which was characterized. With one step, we synthesized acetamidepropylmethyl diethoxysilane, acetamidepropyltrisiloxane, succinimidepropyltrimethoxysilane, succinimidepropylmethyldiethoxysilane and glutaramatepropylmethyl diethoxysilane which were characterized. Then the application properties of all products had a contrast. The reaction condition of each step was examined in the experiments. The optimum condition for synthesizing γ-Aminopropyltrisiloxan was as follows:1:5of molar ratio of γ-Aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane and hexamethyldisiloxane which was used as the reaction solvent, the amount of tetramethylammoniumhydroxid pentahydrate used was0.45%of the sum amount of γ-Aminopropylmethyl diethoxysilane and hexamethyldisiloxane, and the reaction temperature being100degree for two hours. The yield of product was50.1%after being washed with second distilled water. The optimum reaction condition for synthesis of Glutaramatepropyltrisiloxane was: the molar ratio of γ-Aminopropyltrisiloxan and glutaric acid chloride was2.00:1.10, and triethylamine was usedas acid-binding agent, toluene being as solvent, with nitrogen protection and the reaction being needed0.5h in ice bath and1h at room temperature. At last, the yield of pr oduct was92.8%.
