This paper by the research component of the projectThis paper first analysis of the previous limit of metal fatigue detection methods, and previous research, the results were summarized and selective absorption. However, the fatigue limit of traditional assessment methods need a long time, the high cost. Therefore, a new test method has been raised. New method is based on thermal imaging technology lock dissipation can be measured through the D-MODE and E-MODE law, step-by-sample stress the value of the limited circle of dissipated energy, corresponding to the stress imposed on the sample inflection point on the curve Revealed fatigue limit mechanism.The method is in the infrared detection technology to achieve rapid development in the, as the dissipation of metal can be very small, in the infrared technology before there can not be measured, so that people can easily be overlooked. With the rapid development of infrared technology, we can make through the infrared camera accurately measured specimens of precision temperature, thus we will be able to calculate the specimen to the dissipation, and then estimate the metal fatigue limit.This article detailed the use of infrared image processing of metal fatigue limit detection of theoretical basis.
