Study Of Quinoline Hydrodenitrogenation On NiMo/REHY Catalyst

Abstract/Summary:
Modern refinery remove sulfur and nitrogen from oil mainly by hydrotreating technical to improve the quality of oil so as to produce a clean fuel in line with government environment protect regulations.In this thesis,the Mo/REHY catalysts and NiMo/REHY catalysts were prepared by isometric impregnation method,the catalysts were characterized by modern characterizations methods of XRD, NH3-TPD.. BET and SEM.Use quinoline/cyclohexane which mass fraction is5%as a model reactant,the quinoline hydrodevitrogenation performance evaluation was carried out in the high pressure fixed-bed micro-reactor which is laboratory-made.The experiments results show that the XRD diffraction peaks which were belong to REHY zeolite in the catalysts remain complete,the REHY zeolite was not been destroyed,the active component Mo and Ni were on the surface of REHY zeolite,and they highly dispersed,coverd some acid center,so the total acid amount and suiface area of the catalysts reduced;The addition of Ni could significantly enlarge the surface area of Mo/REHY catalysts,thereby promote the HDN activity.The quinoline hydrodenitrogenation conversion of Mo/REHY which made by the condition of Mo loading10wt%,540℃calcined last4h,could reachd40.73.49.6%and91.72%in the reaction tempreture320℃、340℃and360℃,which is4.62、0.6and11.32percents more than the Mo/REHY which made by the tempreture of520℃,so the suitable calcine of Mo/REHY is540℃; The quinoline hydrodenitrogenation conversion of Mo/REHY which made by the condition of Mo loading10wt%,540℃calcined last10h,could reachd46.11%、55.33%and94.97%,in the reaction tempreture320℃、340℃and360℃,which is increase0.26、8.1、 and2.78percents than the Mo/REHY which made by the calcine time of8h,and increase the calcine time,the quinoline hydrodenitrogenation conversion decreased,so the best calcine time is10h.The addition of Ni additives could improved the Quinoline hydrodenitrognation activity,the quinoline hydrodenitrogenation conversion of NiMo/REHY catalysts prepared by the condition of Mo loading10wt%,Ni/Mo atomic ratio1.5:1,540℃calcined last10h,could reach47.83%、63.95%and98.45%,in the reaction tempreture320℃、340℃and360℃,which is increase1.72、8.62and3.48percents than the correspondant Mo/REHY.
