Using Berty-type internal circulation gradient reactor, under the conditions of1.4-2.1MPa,180-250℃, the reaction kinetics of the epoxidation of ethylene on the YS-X type silver catalyst, ethylene oxide isomerization and depth the oxidation kinetics characteristics were studied. Kinetic model fitting the Origin8.5CR1, software, set up a dynamic model compatible with the experimental data better, but also to acetaldehyde, ethylene epoxidation mechanism and influencing factors were studied.Learn from the results of the previous catalyst kinetics of the YS series, fitting the YS-X silver catalyst kinetic model are as follows:Which the reaction rate constant of the equilibrium constants are:Ethylene oxide on the silver catalyst for the isomerization of the kinetic equation:Isomerization of ethylene oxide on the silver catalyst and the depth of oxidation kinetic equation:Trials have shown that:ethylene oxide can isomerizate under certain conditions, acetaldehyde of the isomerization on the carrier will not be oxidized, ethylene oxide isomerization takes place only on the carrier; ethylene oxide isomerization the reaction of acetaldehyde in the silver catalyst is fast catalytic oxidation; ethylene oxide isomerization takes place in an empty reactor, the carrier and on the silver catalyst, acetaldehyde; in ethylene epoxidation of propylene oxide trace acetaldehyde in the reaction rapidly under the action of the silver catalyst deep oxidation occurs. Fill, debris, temperature (MDA) content in the reactor outlet gas has an important impact.
