Two kinds of non-hydrodesulfurization technology were studied in this paper, including adsorption desulfurization by magnetic materials and desulfurization in polycondensation method, and the effect of desulfurization etc under different desulfurization conditions.The preparation methods and the effect of desulfurization conditions on desulfurization result were investigated. The best preparation of Fe3O4magnetic material were pH=11, T=75℃in reaction solution; the reagent Fe2+and Fe3+molar ratio of0.55; the ferric salt solution concentration of1.0mol/L; stirring speed of400rpm; Fe3O4purity best; particle size of100nm; saturation magnetism of71.02eum/g. Under the optimum synthetic Fe3O4/SiO2was prepared. And package condition on effect of Fe3O4/SiO2structure was studied.The optimum adsorption conditions were the adsorbent and model compound proportion of1.25%, the adsorption desulfurization time of1.5h, with magnetic field. And the larger the adscititious magnetism was, the better the adsorption was. The desulfurization rate of adsorbent Fe3O4was31%and higher than the desulfurization rate of adsorbent Fe3O4/SiO2. Furthermore, the desulfurization process in condensation method was studied in this paper. The effect of catalyst species and desulfurization conditions etc on desulfurization results in condensation method was investigated. The results showed that the desulfurization rate of thiophene/benzene and2-methylthiophene/toluene around90%. Under the optimum condensation conditions, the desulfurization rate of sweetening/heptanemer over95%. And the condensation desuphurization make no effect on aromatic and alkene.
