Studies On The Volatile Constituent Spectrum In Triherbal Recipe Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Angelica Sinensis Radix-Zingiber Rhizoma And Its Herbal Pairs

ABSTRACT:Comparative analysis of volatile constituents between triherbal recipes Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Radix Angelica Sinensis-Rhizoma Zingiberis and its herbal pairs were performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) combined with HELP and AMWFA,new chemometric resolution methods.Identification of the compounds was also assisted by comparision of temperature-programmed retention indices(PTRIs) on the OV-I column with authentic samples.Finally,the construction of volatile constituent spectrum in triherbal recipe was completed.In total,the paper mainly covers four parts as below:1.Analysis of volatile constituents in herbal pair I(HP1)-Radix Angelica Sinensis (RAS)-Rhizoma Zingiberis (RZ) and RZ,RAS.In total,63,48and43volatile components in essential oil of RZ,RAS and HP1were separately determined qualitatively.There were29common volatile constituents in HP1and single herbal RZ,12common volatile constituents in HP1and single herbal RAS and4common volatile constituents in RZ,RAS and HP1.Among the essential oils of HP1,39new components appeared and57constitutents disappeared.2.Analysis of volatile constituents in herbal pair II(HP2)-Rhizoma Zingiberis (RZ)-Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (RAM) and RZ,RAM.In short,42and41volatile components in essential oil of RAM and HP2were separately determined qualitatively.There were20common volatile constituents in HP2and single herbal RZ,9common volatile constituents in HP2and single herbal RAM and6common volatile constituents in RZ,RAM and HP2.Among the essential oil of HP2,10new components appeared and47,27constitutents disappeared respectively.3.Analysis of volatile constituents in herbal pair Ⅲ(HP3)-Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (RAM)-Radix Angelica Sinensis (RAS) and RAM,RAS.In total,58volatile constituents of HP3were checked out.There were14common volatile constituents in HP3and single herbal RAM,8common volatile constituents in HP3and single herbal RAS,2common volatile constituents in HP3RAM,RAS.Among the essential oils of HP3,34new components appeared and37,27constituents disappeared respectively.4.Analysis of volatile constituents in triherbal recipe RAM-RAS-RZ.In total,30volatile constituents of RAM-RAS-RZ were checked out.Through comparative analysis,all the volatile constituents in RAM-RAS-RZ were derived from HP1, HP2, HP3.It is worth mentioning that were mainly derived from HP2.There were4common constituents in AMR-ASR-ZR and HP1,HP2, HP3.
