Major industrialized production technology of caprolactam are introduced, and compared the energy consumption of their production process and material consumptions, environmental protection, investment and market application, the prospects of domestic caprolactam industry.For phosphoric acid hydroxylamine (HPO) process of preparation of hydroxylamine nitrate catalytic reduction reaction principle and influence factors are analyzed and discussed.From the perspective of catalytic reaction kinetics study found, reaction temperature and hydrogen partial pressure, gas flow, pH, concentration of catalyst, activator GeO2dosage, reaction feed composition, have affected the poisoning of catalyst on the reaction, and from the several aspects as production technology provides the optimized improvement Suggestions.Rearrangement of caprolactam production process of beckmann rearrangement reaction mechanism, beckmann rearrangement reaction kinetics and contain high concentrations of SO3fuming sulfuric acid in the application of the mechanism was studied, and analysis of related problems in the process of operation and operation parameters, summarizes the rearrangement process whether mixing of oxime and acid, fuming sulfuric acid of SO3concentration, rearrangement reaction temperature and other process parameters are adjusted, the optimization of caprolactam production rearrangement processes running.In the process of hydroxylamine and rearrangement of the research results, combined with the actual condition of caprolactam production device operation, the control law and put forward to ensure normal operation of reaction optimization measures, optimize the related production technology and production equipment, to further improve the equipment capacity, stable product quality, reduce consumption and finally lifting device of the economic operation level and market competitiveness of the enterprise.
