It can explain the Fatigue failure mechanism using the fracture morphology.The main research content is as follows.1. Using the tensile test we can get the tensile strength and other mechanical properties of2224aluminum alloy. It can also get the S-N curves under the ratio of0.1and0.3by doing the fatigue experiments.2.The macroscopic and microscopic specimen fatigue fracture mechanism can be explained based on the scanning of the fatigue fracture.3. The different influence of cyclic characteristics and fatigue life of the size of the center hole on the aluminum plate can be received based on Workbench software, and then analyzes the actual working condition of the fatigue life of aircraft wing lap surface plate, the analysis provides a theoretical basis for study of2224aluminum parts, which can guarantee the Safe operation of the aircraft.4. The dimension of grey GM (1,1) model were established using the theory of grey system. It can predict the2224aluminium alloy fatigue life using the two models under the ratio of0.1, the results show that the two models can predict the fatigue life of2224aluminium alloy, and the prediction accuracy of dimension grey GM (1,1) model is higher than that ofGM (1,1) model. |
