| At present, the methods of mining the gently inclined medium thick orebodies which have joints in its roofs include stoping method and filling method.It is difficult to achieve the goal of high mining efficiency due to these disadvantages, such as the loss low rate of recovery, high cutting and high filling expense. Therefore, Yunxi group cooperates with central south university carrying out mining method, artificial pillar, roof support and so on on these relevant orebodies. Therefore, based on the southern district of Gaofengshan, rock mechanics parameters of the experiment, introduction of mining method, optimization of stope structure and supporting parameters are studied in this thesis. The following is the main content of this thesis:(1)Access to a large number of relevant literature, using the experience of domestic and foreign similar mining methods, and summarizes the mining methods and determining stope parameters in gently inclined medium thick orebody.And looking for possible problems in the process of mining based on the specific situation of south panel in the Gaofengshan.(2)After extracting the representative sample of the real geological situation, using rock mechanics experiments determine the sample of the uniaxial compressive strength, tensile strength, cohesive force and so on.it provides basic parameters for numerical simulation.(3)In order to fully understand the geological landscape of Gaofengshan mine area.Carefully use of drilling database and correctly extract the surface and orebody line,etc. And established body surface model by using three-dimensional software.(4)Based on combining the stope structure parameters of northern district of Gaofengshan, comparing the mining technical conditions between the northern and the southern,and finally puts forward15kinds of stope structure scheme;(5)Building the whole geological model containing15different stope structure schemes by using MIDAS software. And eventually determine reasonable stope structure parameters thorough analyzing the stresss, strain and the plastic zone in stope roof and pillar by using FLAC3D. At last, the reasonable stope structure parameters are determined.(6)By using the empirical formula, theoretical formula of bolt support, six sets of bolt support parameters are put forward, and reasonable supporting parameter on above reasonable stope parameter is simulated by FLAC3D, finally the reasonable support parameters are choosed.Through the above work, the relatively reasonable stope structure parameters of southern district of Gaofengshan are recommended, which is50m length,12m wideth, and10m width of artificial pillar.20MnSi left-hand thread steel resin bolt is recommended, and the bolt parameters are2.6m length,20mm of diameter,0.8m of row and space. |
