In this article, use pot experiment to growths Acer fabric Hance, a new type ofornamental trees that have high ornamental value, sets single copper disposal, copperdisposal designs six concentration gradients(0,50,100,200,400mg/kg), repeated threetimes for each concentration gradients. studied the growth and physiological of Acer fabriHance on different copper concentration, also studied Acer fabri Hance’s patience andenrichment of copper, determine the suitable extent of soil copper contamination for Acerfabri Hance growth. The results were shown as follows:(1)In the concentration of Cu2+>200mg/kg, the normal growth were affected, leafcolour, growth vigor, plant height increment, diameter increment and biomass weredecreased obviously with the raised concentration. when the copper concentration was100mg/kg, the effect to Acer fabri Hance growth was not significant than control group, when the copper concentration was50mg/kg, the growth of Acer fabri Hance has a verysignificant promoting.(2)Under the treatment of copper, not only affected the growth of shoots, but alsoinhibited the growth of roots, such as root quantity, colour and root biomass. The particularperformance is root system gradually less, appear brown roots, dry weight decrease. Therehas a significant inhibition of time effect.(3)Different concentration Cu treatment made some impact to physiological of Acerfabric, The chlorophyll, soluble protein content showed increased and then decreased trend, cell membrane and malondialdehyde content enhanced, SOD activity disorders.(4)Copper content of root, stems and leaf is increasing with the copperconcentrationadded into soil. At Cu0, Cu50treatment the Cu content are leaf>stem>root, when Cu treatment was100,200,400mg/kgthe Cu content are root>stem>leaf.(5)Under copper treatment, The enrichment factor of Acer fabri Hance’s leaf isleaf(1.39)>root(0.87)>stem(0.36), with the increase of cu concentration in soil, enerichment factor enhanced. Although transfer factor in various part of Acer fabri is>1,but plants died when copper concentration is400mg/kg. Although it not reached thestandard of hyperaccumulation plants, but in mine, copper pollution lighter areas, hascertain guidance meaning for the afforestation and greening.
