Nitrogen-and sulfur-containing compounds are widely existed in natural products, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and function materials, the research of synthesismethods for these compounds has been a focus and hot spot in organic chemistry. Asthe rise of “green chemistry”, the environmental pollution is becoming more and moreattention, a lot of people devoted to find the high “atom economy” and high selectivityof the C-N and C-S bond formation. In recent years, a lot of synthetic methods havebeen reported. According to our previous work, we put forward a new method of mild, environmental friendly, high efficient C-N and C-S bond formation. Detailed study wasdescribed as follows:1. This thesis primarily focused on Pd-catalyzed synthesis of aryl primary aminevia oxidative aromatization of cyclohexanones with amines using oxygen. It developeda new approach of C-N bond formation using arylamine directly as starting material. On the basis of cyclohexanone aromatization on our previous team work, cyclohexanone be selected as raw and processed materials, which is oxidativedehydrogenation directly react with arylamine to form diarylamine. Under thecondition of oxygen atmosphere, cyclohexanone and aniline were put into the pottogether, then C-N bond formation can be completed in “one pot”. The research methodmethod has opened up a new synthetic route for the synthesis of diarylamine.2. This paper explored iodine-catalyzed synthesis of aryl benzyl sulfide with benzylalcohol via a new sulfur source provided by benzene sulfonyl hydrazide. The researchsystem has eliminated the transition metals as catalyst, but iodine played an importantrole as a catalyst, which is low-cost and very good effect friendly. The research methodwould open up a new synthetic route for the synthesis of aryl benzyl disulfide.
