The research content in this thesis is an important part of the science and technology research project of Shanxi province "Development for electronic-hydraulic control system of hydraulic supports used in unattended fully-mechanized mining face"(NO.:20110321005-07), an important part of the major special project of Shanxi province "Research on technology and equipment in domestic fully-mechanized mining face"(NO:20111101024), and it an important part of the international cooperation project "Research on electronic-hydraulic control system of hydraulic supports used in unattended fully-mechanized mining face"(NO:2013DFA70750).Aiming to problems that the hydraulic support controller imported, which has been applied to the hydraulic support in the large state-owned coal mines, is not in time for delivery, closed in communication protocol, high price and lack of automatic control function and self-diagnostic function. and there are other problems that the hydraulic support controller made in china, which is of low operational safety, poor real time and poor anti-interference, and it is unable to meet the require of high yield and efficient coal face. In order to solve the problem, animproved kind of hydraulic support controller has been developed in this paper. The up-graded hardware circuit and optimized software agencie has been designed in the improved controller, and automated control function and action self-diagnostic function has been used in the controller. The improved controller has been tested and used in coal mines. Compared to foreign products, the controller is cheaper, and it has an independent intellectual property right. In addition, the controller incorporated automatic control function and self-diagnostic function to improve efficiency and stability. The main contents are as follows:The overall program of modular circuit has been made, and controller is of dual-core structure. The controller is consists of two parts of the circuit, interface circuit and control circuit. The interface circuits is responsible for communications, human-computer interaction, emergency lockout, infrared signal acquisition and other functions, it integrates CPU minimum system circuit, I2C keyboard scanning circuit, LCD liquid crystal display circuit, emergency stop and lockout circuit, RS485communication circuit between controllers, external RAM circuit, power conversion circuit and infrared signal receiving circuit.The control circuit is responsible for driving, automated control, analog acquisition, data storage and action diagnostics. it integrates CPU minimum system circuit, RS485communication circuit for automated control, power conversion circuit and driving circuit. In addition, a new man-machine interactive keyboard has been designed to enhance the functionality and stability.The modular architecture of the software has been designed. Interface circuit program is assembly language, include keyboard scanning subroutine, LCD liquid crystal display subroutine, emergency stop and lockout subroutine, RS485communication subroutine, SPI communication subroutine. Control circuit program is C language, include AD subroutine and automatic control subroutine. The program coordinate the hardware to achieve function.According to function testing requirements, a test platform of the electro-hydraulic controller in hydraulic supports system is built and system debugging has been completed in the laboratory. The ground simulation debugging has been made in Jinding company, and the automatic control simulation test has been made successfully with the controller worked with Shearer and other devices. The controller obtained the coal safety certification In December2012in Chongqing Coal Research Institute. The controller went through the application of the test coal mine152304#in Gushuyuan mine from October2013to January2014, and the the controller gain recognition of workers.The results of debugging and using indicated that the electro-hydraulic control systems for hydraulic supports with scientific and rational organization, action operation convenient and agile, function operation reliable and timely, and data communication stably and efficient, so it is a system with a high practical value.
