High temperature composting is an effective way to deal with kitchen waste harmlessand resource utilization, research kitchen waste mixed with different filling materialscomposting process, the choice of a suitable filler material, understanding kitchen wastecomposting process, guidance kitchen waste fertilizer utilization has important significance. In this paper, kitchen waste collected from the school canteen, respectively added leaves, sawdust and wheat straw to the kitchen waste as filler in accordance with certain nitrogenratio and studied the impact of hydrolytic enzyme activity and microbial communities of thekitchen waste with different fillers mixed in aerobic composting process. The main findingsare as follows:1. The physicochemical properties in kitchen waste mixed different fillers aerobiccomposting(1) Three different treatments can achieve harmless requirements. The high temperaturecomposting periods of leaves-involved treatment and wheat straw-involved treatment lastedfor five day and the high temperature composting period of sawdust-involved treatment wasthe longest reaching eight days.(2) According to seed germination and final C/N evaluated compost maturity, leaves-involved treatment and wheat straw-involved treatment were mature and sawdust-involvedtreatment was not mature, however, wheat straw-involved treatment was the most mature.(3) Three different treatments pH of composting increased with time, the final pH ofleaves-involved treatment is lower than other two treatments.2. The Hydrolyses activity in kitchen waste mixed different fillers aerobic composting(1)The initial of invertase activity in three different treatments was reflect for wheatstraw-involved treatment> leaves-involved treatment> sawdust-involved treatment, Theinvertase activity of sawdust-involved treatment lagged behind those of the other treatments,The activity of sawdust-involved treatment was higher than the other two deal with thehighest value. (2) The cellulose activity variation of sawdust-involved treatment lagged behind those ofthe other treatments, high lignin content will increase the difficulty of compostingbiodegradable.(3)The initial of Urease activities was reflect for wheat straw-involved treatment>leaves-involved treatment> sawdust-involved treatment.3The function diversity of microbe communities in kitchen waste mixed different fillersaerobic composting(1) The experiment adopted Micro-plate Biolog to investigate the three treatments`function diversities of microbe communities in the process of composting. The resultsshowed that composting process of sawdust-involved treatment lag with the other twotreatments.(2) Microbial community functional richness analysis shows that the Shannon indexesof T1and T3were significantly higher than that of sawdust-involved treatment.(3) Analysis of the results of microbial utilization of six categories carbon source andPCA showed that there existed differences among the microbe communities of the threetreatments at the different composting stages.Research and analysis of this paper draws, leaves and stalks suitable as filler of kitchenwaste compost.
