This paper analyzed the harm of restaurant wastewater and current situation intreatment technology. Designing a one-piece spin reflux reactor used in cateringwastewater treatment based on the problems at present. The effect of integrationbioreactor treating restaurant wastewater was discussed under different operatingconditions. It included reactor start-up and the optimal condition of experimentalresearch.The intermittent operation mode was adopted for the sludge domesticated in theprocess of start-up. The times of aeration,settling and discharge were eight hours,halfhour and one hour,respectively.Under the condition of aeration rate remainunchanged,domestication,culture of inoculation sludge was studied by increasingorganic load.The organic loads were0.018kgBOD/(kgMLSS.d),0.04kgBOD/(kgMLSS.d) and0.15kgBOD/(kgMLSS.d),respectively.The process ofstart-up was spent20d. MLSS in the reactor reached about3500mg/L. The sludge alsoshowed good settleability.The removal rates of COD,NH4+-N,TN,TP were91.81%,81.57%,54.73%and83.97%,respectively.Concentration of main pollute in theeffluent achieves primary standard of Urban sewage plant pollutants emissionstandards.The average outlet concentration of oil was170.83mg/L. The removal rateof oil reached62.19%.The continuous operation mode was adopted when it has finished starting, theintegration of spin reflux reactor was researched of optimization process, hydropowerresidence time (HRT),aeration intensity, sludge load and sludge concentration wereresearched.The results showed that, the removal effect was best when HRT was8h,aeration intensity was1500L/h, sludge load was0.2kgBOD/(kgMLSS.d) and sludgeconcentration was4000mg/L. The removal rates of COD,NH4+-N, TN, TP, oilrespectively were94%,99%,66%,68%,93%.The outlet concentrations of COD,NH4+-N, TN and TP achieves primary standard of Urban sewage plant pollutantsemission standards (GB18918-2002). The outlet concentration of oil achieves secondstandard of Urban sewage plant pollutants emission standards(GB18918-2002).
