| Carbon fiber is carbon materials whose quality fraction in the chemical composing is more than90%. Polyacrylonitrile-based (PAN) carbon fibers is a new material which is developing from1960s, which have been widely used as reinforcing materials in automobile, aerospace, recreational and various other industries, whose use may be attained by further improving the performance, particularly the tensile strength of carbon fibers while keeping the modulus of elasticity on ahigh level,and have excellent performance in enduring high temperature, corrupt, grind, fatigue.The manufacture of PAN-based carbon fiber in China has long distance from other country.The property of carbon fiber has relation to produce technology. In first part of this paper, according to the relation, product line is designed,which involving synthesization, preparation of PAN precursors, preoxidation,carbonization, graphitition.which is approve reasonable. High Isotactic Polyacrylonitrile can be used to prepare high strength and high module carbon fiber. In second part of this paper, chain configuration of high Isotactic Polyacrylonitrile and Atctism Polyacrylonitrile is studied via x-ray diffraction, which is transforms from line to ring in preoxidation process. Sub-cluster statistical theory was used to quantitative analysis the difference with the increasing of temperature, the fiber’s,the form of ring became easier. Activation energy was calculated, and proves that iso-PAN is easier to reaction during the low temperature. |
