Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) covalent compounds are porous materials which come to attention of researchers. The varied structures and adjustable pores, high specific surface area (SSA) of the materials show a broad prospect in adsorption and separation, gas storage, catalysis. There are varieties of functional groups (-COOH,-OH,-O-) on the surface of the2D sheets of (Modified) graphene oxide ((M) GO), so the (M)GO shows several good chemical properties. The combination of (M)GO with MOFs may perform a better chemical property.In this work, we synthesized the composite materials-Cu-BTC, GO-Cu-BTC, NGO-Cu-BTC and BFG-Cu-BTC-by microwave assisted solvothermal method and analyzed by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, and BET.The characterization data shows that the composite materials have been synthesized successfully and they have a combine property with the MOFs and graphene oxide, modified graphene oxide. |
