The rule protect of environment is the stricter and stricter; the oil refining industry will face a big challenge. So, the desulfurize process of the oil will play a important role in our lives. Then, the research and exploitation of new high efficiency desulfurize catalyst is an important key.The aim of this paper is to research and manufacture a new kind of catalyst which will be used to desulfurize from the oil. The desulfurization catalyst is introduced whose main active components includs:Mo, Co, P and takes modified γ-Al2O3as its supporter. It can be used to desulfurize thiophene and other organic sulfur from the gasoline, diesel oil and other fuel oil.Through testing8kinds of different supporters, TC-7030is confirmed as the best one. Active components are attached to supporter by soaking in vacuum and calcinating at500℃step by step. The percentage composition of active components are MoO310%、CoO2%、 P2O51%respectively. The analysis technique of XRD, BET, IR and XPS was used to characterize the catalyst. The result show it is a amorphous, active Substance uniformity cover the surface of γ-A12O3catalyst which crystal size is11.4nm and which also have a big surface which is230m2/g and have B acid sit and L acid sit on its surface. Furthermore, this paper had optimized the catalyst’s reaction condition including pressure at3.0MaP, temperature at320℃, flow at2h-1and presulfurizion by hydrotreating to catalysts approach the result is that the catalyst can reduce the thiophene from40000ppm to under0.5ppm. It show that the catalyst have a high efficiency and high stability and high selectivity.
