As a viscoelastic material, Rubber is widely used in different kinds of dynamic load conditions, when we need Exact computation dynamic viscoelastic properties of rubber by FEA,it is important that requires an appropriate viscoelastic constitutivemodel to describe it. Based on the fractional calculus theory, This article study viscoelastic behavior of rubber,The main work can be summarized as follows:1、Compared the fractional order viscoelastic constitutive model and the classical linear viscoelastic constitutive model, and derivation the storage is modulus, loss modulus, the loss factor, etc.2、The physical meanings of the parameters in the expressions of relaxationmodulus of different models are analyzed. And found the fractional derivative linear solid model can better characterization viscoelastic behavior of rubber than the standard linear solid model. When rubber used in dynamic condition it will induced fatigue, The fatigue properties influence the working life of rubber products, based on the fracture mechanics theory,we consider mullins effect to study the influence of the energy release rate of an adge crack under cyclic tensile.and found the energy release rate of an adge crack is increase。Dielectric elastomer is a new smart material, Because of its large deformation and fast respond, it is wildly used in design of different kind of intelligent actuates. We simulation DE electroactive strain by FEA。The results show that, pre-stretch can effectively improve the electroactive strain. At the same time, the frequency of load, load amplitude, and Payload Type effect DE hysteresis loss. The experimental results show a good aggrement with FEA result. And based on the strain mathematical model of the numerical simulation results, and demonstrate the correctness of the model. The conclusion of this paper can provide help and guidance for design of dielectric elastomers drive。...
