Using anionic polymerization method, different star-shape content S-SBR was synthesized by three method, with cydohexane-hexane as solvent and tetrahydrofuran as microstructure modifying additive.The multilithium initiator’s manufacture technics was optimized, with adding material group by group, controlling Butadiene solution concentration between0.10-0.12g/ml, adding SnCl4with slow and even speed. The multilithium initiator’s conservation time was prolonged to more than two months. Moreover, The products’ structure and capability keep consistent.Different star-shape content S-SBR was synthesized by adjusting initiator method, mixture initiator method and coprecipitation method The influence of three method on structure, molecular mass and it’s distribution was studied. The product synthesized using mixture initiator was stressedly compared with the product from two Rubber coprecipitation method. The study showed:S-SBR’s molecular distribution using mixture initiator was narrower than S-SBR using Coprecipitation method. Moreover, polymerization mechanism was studied. The mixture initiator method can predigest manufacture process. and S-SBR’s star-shape content can be controlled by adjusting mixture initiator proportion.
