In this paper, the microwave permittivity of the carbon nanotubes blended in paraffin wax has been studied at the frequency range of2-18GHz. The dissipation factors of the singles double and multi-wall carbon nanotubes are high at the microwave frequencies. An attempt is made to analyze the microscopically complicated mixture by the effective permittivity of the single、double and multi-wall carbon nanotubes. The microwave permittivity of the multi-wall carbon nanotubes and paraffin wax can be tailored by the content of the carbon nanotubes; There are two different kinds of cases of the effective permittivity in the percolation critical volume fraction of carbon nanotubes; The effective permittivity date of the single、double and multi-wall carbon nanotubes were used to study the dielectric Debye-like relaxation; Sihvola effective mediem theoretica modle three equations have been studied by the measured date of the single、double and multi-wall carbon nanotubes at the frequency range of2-18GHz.
