Human activity is always inseparable from the energy, which is the importantmaterial base for human society survival and development. With the rapiddevelopment of world economy and improvment of people’s living standards,economy continually growing, the current worldwide are faced with the crisis ofenergy shortage. At the same time, along with people’s requirment for theimprovement of their health and external environment, people gradually realize theseriousness of the environmental pollution caused by directly burning fossil fuels,which spurred the attention and the development of green renewable alternativeenergy sources.This experiment on a variety of raw oil hydrogenation deoxidization reactionwas carried out under the catalysis of microporous activated carbon load metalpalladium catalysts, making long chain of vegetable fat isomerized and cracked intostraight-chain or branched alkanes, thus preparation of hydrocarbon type of bio-oil.Experimental designed "two steps” and “one step” two kinds of process technologyfor vegetable fat transforming into hydrocarbon type of bio-oil. Through comparisonthe results of rapeseed oil preparation of hydrocarbons experiment by two kindsprocess, determined the one-step process is superior to the two-step process. Furtherrubber seed oil, castor oil and Jatropha seed oil three kinds of raw materials wasselected to verify the feasibility and the technical conditions of one step process.One-step optimum process conditions for preparation of hydrocarbons experimentsusing rapeseed oil as raw materials is: Raw material90g, catalyst4g, hydrogenpartial pressure2MPa, temperature300℃, the reaction rotate speed100r/min,reaction time7h; One-step optimum process conditions for preparation ofhydrocarbons experiments using rubber seed oil as raw materials is: Raw material90g, catalyst3g, hydrogen partial pressure3MPa, temperature300℃, the reactionrotate speed100r/min, reaction time6h; One-step optimum process conditions forpreparation of hydrocarbons experiments using castor oil as raw materials is: Rawmaterial90g, catalyst4g, hydrogen partial pressure3MPa, temperature310℃, thereaction rotate speed100r/min, reaction time6h; One-step optimum processconditions for preparation of hydrocarbons experiments using Jatropha seed oil as rawmaterials is: Raw material90g, catalyst4g, hydrogen partial pressure3MPa,temperature310℃, the reaction rotate speed50r/min, reaction time5h;Using Box-Behnken center combination experiment of response surfaceanalysis method, hydrogen partial pressure, catalyst dosage and reaction temperaturethree factors and their interaction effect on the hydrodeoxygenation reaction wasexamined, the reaction speed fixed at100r/min, the reaction time fixed at6h, thebest experimental conditions is: hydrogen partial pressure is2.72MPa, catalystdosage is2.84g, the reaction temperature is304.94℃, the acid value of productunder this condition predicted is1.04mgKOH/g, the model is reliable, and can offerhelp for the practical production. On this basis, the experiment explored acid value determination method which isa simple operation, rapid preliminary determination method for hydrocarbon typebiofuel, and can measure the product quality, it has been verified by experiment andmechanism, the method is practical and reliable.
