Chemical sludge mainly comes from chemical enterprise system before placingthe impurities such as suspended solids and produced by microbial residues inwastewater treatment and some difficult matter. Sludge treatment is throughenrichment and dehydration methods such as reducing the moisture content of sludge,realize sludge reduction, reduce the sludge ultimate disposal of the difficulty and cost.With the increasing environmental protection requirements, requirements for finaldisposal of sludge have been improved. Due to the limitations of natural drying andmechanical dehydration technology has become the mainstream treatment techniqueat present, in order to reduce the mechanical processing costs and improve processingefficiency, sludge treatment research more and more important.In the light of the determination of physical properties of chemical plant sludge,the chemical solid-liquid separation, strengthening experimental research wasconducted on the dehydration process. Through the analysis on the determination ofphysical properties of the sludge, the chemical characteristics of the sludge, and canbe concluded that the moisture content of sludge is very high, just rely on mechanicalfilter is difficult to achieve the purpose of reduce the moisture content, must carry onthe chemical flocculation adding flocculating agent, gel breaking off, can be furtherseparated. Then based on the different kinds of flocculant of chemical sludgetreatment effect comparison, analysis to determine the best type of flocculant, finallythe experimental results show that inorganic flocculant, polyaluminium chloridetreatment effect is best; Organic flocculant, the cationic polyacrylamide effect is best.Through the treatment effect of different concentrations of flocculant, analysis todetermine the best flocculating agent concentration, test results show that the effect isbest when join the polyaluminium chloride1.0%; Join the cationic polyacrylamidesolution works best when15.0%. These two kinds of flocculants treatment effectComprehensive were compared. Analysis and research show that cationicpolyacrylamide in chemical sludge treatment on comprehensive performance is better,price is also higher.Based on this, advances the chemical sludge solid-liquid separation process,namely the preprocessing before filtering process operation, adding to the sludgeconcentration of0.2%cationic polyacrylamide solution as a flocculating agent,adding amount of15.0%of the volume of sludge suspension, and then use the electricblender mixing gel breaking off, after mixing fully vacuum suction filter. By theproposed process routes of the filter cake moisture rate reduced from92.52%to78.69%, the filtration rate increased from0.05ml/s to2.041ml/s, can achieve gooddewatering effect, provides the experimental basis for the industrial production.
