Double membrane and ion exchange process is a new water treatment process, the main characteristic is low cost, high efficiency, low energy consumption and environmental protection, has become the best general scheme at presentadvanced water treatment. However, double membrane processin the operation management practice, exposed some problems,resulting in one section process failure, cause pollution to themembrane element, leads to the removal efficiency, orderprocessing effects, and even reduce the service life of membrane element. Especially the application of double membrane in water reuse, water pollutants for the component and concentration difference, extremely easy to causethedouble membrane process in the application of water reuse inthe fouling, which affects the water production rate andirreversible membrane pollution, causing serious economiclosses to the enterprise.The topic research Yanhua enterprises double membrane and ion exchange process.
