The chemical oil displacement agents can not only reduce devilopment costs, improve the recovery, but also excerbate the emulsification degree of the oil and water, enhance the stability of the emulsion. In this paper, choosing binnan, hekou, gudong,three blocks of heavy oil as the research object and selecting the best demulsifiers for differnent heavy oil, the effect of chemical oil displacement agents on the interfacial properties and dehydration rate and the structure-activity relationship were researched, which can provide theoretical guidance for the demulsifier of heavy oil chemical flooding produced liquid.At first, the emulsion was simulated with kerosene and water, the effects of chemical oil displacement agents of three blocks on the interfacial tension, zeta potential, dilational modulus and emulsion stability were studied. The results show that the water-soluble viscosity reductant(JN-1A,JN-3B,JN-4C,JN-5C) can reduce the interfial tension and dilational modulus, JN-1Amake the absolute value of zeta potential reduced while JN-3B,JN-4C,JN-5C make the absolute value of zeta potential higher. The interfacial tension, dilational modulus have a good assosiation with dehydration rate. The oil-soluble viscosity reductant has little influence on the interfacial tension and make the absolute value of zeta potential increase, the dilational modulus changes firstly reducing and then increasing with the concentration of the oil-soluble viscosity reductant increasing.The clay stabilizers (NT-1A,NT-2B) have little influence on the interfacial tension and can reduce the interfacial dilational modulus and the absolute value of zeta potential,thus increase the dehydration rate.The foamer also has low interfacial tension and increase the value of zeta potential and make the demulsifier of emulsion difficulty. Secondly, for the heavy oil produced fluid systerm which contained demulsifier, the influence of chemical oil displacement agents on the interfacial properties, dehydration rate were researched.The results show that the four water-soluble viscosity reducers(JN-1A、JN-3B、JN-4C、IN-5C) can further reduce the interfacial tension and dilational moldulus but JN-3B、JN-4C、JN-5C can decrease the dehydration rate except the JN-1A. The cationci clay stabilizers(NT-1A、NT-2B) can improve the interfacial tension and the dilational modulus of the emulsion. The foamer and the oil-soluble viscosity has little effect on the interfacial properties of demulsifier. All the clay stabilizers, oil-soluble viscosity and foamer can reduce the dehydration rate of the demulsifiers.finally, screening suitable demulsifiers for the three blocks heavy oil and the effects of demulsifiers on the interfacial properties and emulsion stability were studied. The results show that for binnan,hekou,gudong heavy oil, the suitable demulsifier were z133c,z132b,z131a respectavely. The demulsifiers can decrease the interfacial tension and dilational modulus, increase the particle size of the droplets, thus reduce the emulsion stability. If the salinity of emulsion is increasing, dehydration rate is further increased.As the zhengwang heavy oil, the oil-soluble demulsifier has a higher dehydration rate than the water-soluble demulsifier, nonionic demulsifiers are superior to ionic ones; polyamine demulsifier has a better dehydration effect than the straight chain demulsifier; the more branched demulsifier is better than the less branched demulifier.
