This article worked on the oil well logging instrument stability of rotarysidewall coring device hydraulic system. Firstly the instrument developmentstatus at home and abroad is analyzed, and then the current domestic rotarysidewall coring tool and some existing problems are introduced. The coringdevice hydraulic system design, simulation, sealing structure recalculation andground modal test are research.The hydraulic motor, pump, small pump, the control cylinder, pressure, flowand other parameters of pushing cylinder of hydraulic components are calculated.The results verified the rationality of the design of hydraulic system in general,and access to the hydraulic system to work normally when the input power valuesfor the work.Simulation research is based on the current hydraulic system. The AmeSimhydraulic system simulation software is used to establish the simulation modelsof the rotation motor system loop, drilling drilling retirement system circuit, andpushing system circuit. Under the certain condition of system mass, viscous andcoulomb friction, the performance of system is verified.Checked the reliability of the hydraulic system’s sealing parts by furtheridentified69sealed parts of the hydraulic system. Reviewed the stretching rate,thankful rate, compression ratio, minimum compression rates according to therelevant standards and set method to the unsatisfied parts.According to the bulk test of the hydraulic system, the performance of thecomponents is verified in ground test system, which greatly reduced thedebugging complexity of the hydraulic system and improved the qualified rate ofeach debugging. The well test success further validation of the research outcomesof applicability.Based on the researches mentioned above, In view of the current domesticrotary sidewall coring device hydraulic system existing problems, put forwardthe concrete solution measures, can further improve the home-made rotarysidewall coring device hydraulic system stability.
