Electrolytic aluminum bag filter is an important part of aluminum electrolysis flue gas drypurification system, different from the conventional bag filter, and electrolytic aluminum bag filterin the filtration of alumina dust, but also to undertake cooperative control function of gascontaining fluorine adsorption purification. Research has alumina hydrogen fluoride coordinationcontrol function of the bag filter flow characteristics, so as to obtain the aluminum electrolysis inthe law of flow field distribution in bag filter, further analysis on the influence factors ofelectrolytic aluminum flow characteristic of bag filter, improvement of the electrolytic aluminumbag in addition to improve the aluminum electrolysis flue gas purification effect of dust collector,has the certain reference significance.Subject to the electrolytic aluminum bag filter as the object of study, the characteristics ofcollaborative flow field structure of bag filter of control function. Subject from the comparativestudy, the mean flow of collaborative device on the three aspects of cooperative control effect, theflow field distribution function of bag filter dust cleaning mechanism of cooperative control airflow field for the function of bag filter on uniformity of the control function of bag filter withconventional bag filter, through theoretical analysis, experimental research, numerical simulationanalysis of electrolytic aluminum bag filter field distribution.For comparison of the control function of bag filter with conventional bag filter collaboration,this topic from the aluminum electrolysis flue gas coordination control function demand andcomparative analysis of the difference between the two types of dust collector in the structure ofthe device, an ash cleaning device and technology conditions, filter bag operation managementetc., and combined with the results of numerical simulation further on, by the ash bucket into thewind for electrolytic aluminum fixed form of the two dust adsorption to fluorine flue gas by bagfilter is analyzed.Aiming at the entrance of flow device for bag filter and airflow in the electrolytic aluminumuniform distribution issues affecting the design, a simulation experiment was carried out byorthogonal test method, the establishment of different flow equalizing device structure of bag filterphysical model and boundary conditions. Get the entrance flow device installation location,structure parameters of dust collector velocity uniformity influence secondary order and goodperformance, the results showed: the flow equalization plate to plate spacing> flow equalizingplate width> flow equalization board installation number> first block the flow equalization platedistance of U type flue range, excellent level of orthogonal test is the flow equalization platenumber is2pieces, the installation position of the first block flow equalizing plate distance of Utype flue distance is225mm, the flow equalization plate width is200mm, plate distance is100mmwhen the inlet flow equalizing device can achieve the effect is better. On the basis of the subject isalso analyzed the influence of inlet flow equalizing device, to each row bag processing flue gasload uniform distribution results show that the distribution of inlet flow equalizing device for processing flue gas load to each row of the filter bag is not significant.The effect of soot cleaning mechanism of flow field of bag filter, the subject of design ofsequential cleaning, reverse cleaning, cross row cleaning, cross gas bag cleaning,cross regionalcleaning a total of5kinds of soot cleaning, and air velocity uniformity, mixing flow ratio, eachrow of the filter bag processing flue gas load the situation as the evaluation index, analyzes theinfluence of ash cleaning mechanism of the dust remover ash flow form, simulation results showthat the bag filter should be used for sequential cross row、cross gas bag、cross regional sootcleaning.
