Cutting force is the most important impact of the cutting process of a physicalmacro cutting mechanics theory to solve practical problems and machine shop designissues important research direction. Virtual CNC machining technology with thedevelopment of computer technology into the mainstream tradition of cutting the fieldof applied technology, before making its actual cutting process simulation, to achievea more accurate prediction of cutting forces, and a variety of processing conditionsand processing parameters optimized to achieve high resolution, high efficiency, lowcost and high quality of the actual process of processed products. Research on thistopic to provide positive guidance for the actual production.Based on the principle of metal cutting flat end mill, ball milling and cuttingprocesses twist analyze discrete simulation ideas on cutting force appliedmathematical model, combining cutting test methods and computer simulationtechnology for CNC machining process simulation database in-depth research, andmade the following findings:1. Establishment of a mathematical model for cutting force flat end mills,ball-cutter cylinder and twist the cutting process. According to the design principle of the test for gray cast iron350,45#steel,aluminum and titanium alloys of different workpiece material, tool design, respectively, for the two orthogonal experiment, calculation and analysis ofexperiments based on the data collected, and the theoretical model cutting forcepredicted and measured values were recorded at the cutting forces compared to verifythe validity of the theoretical model.3. Based on the theoretical model of milling force and milling in front of the tests,the development of the CNC milling process simulation database system. The systemMATLAB GUI development environment to achieve the import milling force datacollection, input processing conditions and processing parameters, milling forcecoefficient identification, the main function of milling force simulation data andgeneration of simulated images, the system predicts the milling force milling forcecurve with the experimental collected were analyzed, one examines the accuracy ofthe milling force established theoretical model, on the other hand the feasibility of thesimulation system for testing.4. In the development process of CNC milling process simulation databasesystem Access database technology in which a large number of parameters to achievedata storage and convenient system for a variety of data query, modify, delete, andretrieval, greatly improved the system works efficiency. In MATLAB GUIdevelopment environment, import Access data table, thus ensuring a close integrationof the various modules of CNC milling process simulation database system.
