Abstract/Summary:
From last century to the early period of this century, organicsemi-conductors have get widely used. Organic field-effect transistors, organic solarcells, organic light-emitting dioxides and so on have applied into many fields. As subunits to graphene nanoribbons, polycyclic aromatic compounds arecatching the eyes of many researchers, belonging to PAHS family, zethrene featuredwith fixed carbon carbon double bonds, which catch the interests of scholars basingon their application in photoelectric materials. Research based on zethrene towardsthe application of organic field electronic transistors are hot spots of exploration. As good labeling reagents, Bodipys are witnessing the great development ofthem, especially in the application of biology. Our research focus on synthesis andphotoelectric properties of boron, nitrogen containing zethrene-type dyes, further toget more information of their applications in OLED. Meanwhile, it is well known thatboron, nitrogen single bond is isoelectronic species of carbon carbon double bonds, boron, nitrogen coordination bond is isoelectronic species of carbon carbon singlebond. So, it,s really make sense that they have many properties in common. The targetmolecules designed by us not only have potential in application of organic functionalmaterials, but also can make a comparison with zethrene. Molecules synthesized weretested towards spectrum, electrochemical test and so on, different functions were alsoused to predict their possible properties. Once the results were get, propertiesinfluenced by structure were analyzed.
