With the rapid development of global economy and the shortage of energyresources, Biomass resources is more and more get the attention of the human.Biomass energy as a kind of green energy, It not only can effectively reduce theharmful gases, soot and greenhouse gas emissions, but maintain the environmentalbalance of human society and play an important role to improve environmental quality.It has an important role in the whole energy system. However, biomass has somedisadvantages of high moisture content, strong hydrophilicity, low energy density, noteasy to store, production of seasonal and dispersion of origin, it is not suitable forlarge-scale use. How to make low grade biomass energy into the high quality energy,has become investigative emphasis.This article is focused on the research and optimization of grinding andclassification system of biomass, In the process of grinding classification, through thefactors of the feeding speed, water content, the rotor speed, we study the crushingsystem working status and the characteristics of products, mainly including the specificenergy consumption, the particle size distribution, the aspect ratio, etc. Through thisarticle research, we can provide technical support for the raw material crushing,comprehensive utilization and industrialization of production.In addition, due to the moisture content, the influence of environmental humidityis very large, in different regions, biomass moisture content is different. Pretreatmentprocess is particularly important. This topic mainly aims at the study that the dryingpretreatment of wood powder before grinding to the influence on grinding process.In a word, the research of the biomass energy is a big topic, more and more experts should devote themselves to the study about the biomass energy in order to thehuman survival and social development.
