How to make low grade biomass energy into the high quality energy,has become investigative emphasis.This article is focused on the research and optimization of grinding andclassification system of biomass, In the process of grinding classification, through thefactors of the feeding speed, water content, the rotor speed, we study the crushingsystem working status and the characteristics of products, mainly including the specificenergy consumption, the particle size distribution, the aspect ratio, etc. Through thisarticle research, we can provide technical support for the raw material crushing,comprehensive utilization and industrialization of production.In addition, due to the moisture content, the influence of environmental humidityis very large, in different regions, biomass moisture content is different. Pretreatmentprocess is particularly important.
