Stealth technology has a special strategic position in the military. Therefore,countries invest a lot of human and financial in absorbing materials research. Due tothe rapid development of modern science and technology, it requires not onlyexcellent absorbing properties for absorbing material, but also has a good carryingcapacity, an overall performance of the design and other requirements. Withlightweight, high strength, absorption, designability and other characteristics of thestructure of absorbing material is becoming one of the main directions of absorbingmaterials research and development. Therefore, the study has researched thecarrying capacity and absorbing performance of multifunctional structure absorbingmaterial.In this paper, due to the performance of these two structured absorbingmaterial,it discusses research the methods in the application of theoretical methodsto predict absorbing properties and mechanical properties.To forecast the absorbing properties,this paper discusses the experimental dataas the basis and absorbing agent as the object, to seek the relationship between thetheoretical prediction and experimental results of the electromagnetic parametersadded after absorbing agent materials. Therefore, When calculating complex relativedielectric constant of the material and the relative complex permeability withnumerical simulation,wo can start from the experimental data, choosing a differenttheoretical predictions can achieve better calculations that were closer to theexperimental results according to the database file.To predict the tensile properties, the paper starts from the Kener equation whichis used to predicte the modulus of elasticity of particulate reinforcedcomposites,assuming the particle phase and the matrix phase can be seen as a newmatrix, according to the conclusions of the composite micromechanicswhich,we canderivate mechanical properties of particle/long fiber inclusions composites. Whenthe graphite content is less than30wt%,this assumption is feasible, but it still needs some correction factor to be multiplied, and strives to be close to the experimentalsolution; simultaneously,wo starte from Eshelby equivalent inclusion theory, applyMori-tanaka method to establish the particle/long fiber composites mixed model andderive structured absorbing composite elastic modulus. According to experimentaldata,the paper evaluates the impact of each absorbing agent on the mechanicalproperties of composites, and finite element simulation method is feasible for themicromechanics research of particle/long fiber composites mixed.Since the instability of particulate reinforced composites mechanical properties,we propose the following matching principle: under guaranteeing absorbingproperties of structure absorbing material to meet the requirements of the premise,we ensure the stability of the mechanical properties, which differs as small aspossible from the mechanical properties when adding particles.This paper is an important foundation research for the structure absorbingmaterials, laying the basis for further studying of the structure absorbing materials,pointing out the direction for the follow-up work,it has practical guide, and hassome practical value.
