1. The oxygen-hydrogen peroxide treatment improved aspen P-RC APMP pulpingprocess optimum processing conditions: Oxygen pressure0.25MPa,2%of theamount of alkali, temperature100℃, holding time of30min, pulp consistency25%, under the conditions, aspen pulp yield96.34%, water retention value190.6%,beating degree40°SR, the surface concentration of55.08%lignin, burst index1.933kPa m g-1, tensile index37.93N m2g-1, tear index5mN m2g-1, thewhiteness of82.38%ISO, COD wastewater is4814mg/L.2. Oxygen-hydrogen peroxide treatment improved aspen P-RC APMP pulpingprocess, water retention value of pulp with alkali volume and oxygen pressure toimprove and increase, in improving the amount of alkali and oxygen pressure to acertain value when the growth trend to flatten; yield pulp with alkali charge andthe oxygen pressure and slightly improved lowering.3. Oxygen-hydrogen peroxide treatment aspen P-RC APMP pulp comparison:Oxygen-Poplar P-RC APMP pulp after hydrogen peroxide treatment aspen P-RCAPMP pulp water retention value increased14.6%,33.3%improved freeness; pulpbursting strength, tear strength and tensile strength were increased by65.5percent,38.9%and85.20%; improved19.61%whiteness, opacity and light scatteringcoefficient decreased by5.6%and24.4%.4. Through the different oxygen-hydrogen peroxide treatment aspen P-RC APMPpulp fiber surface morphology be analysised. After oxygen-hydrogen peroxidetreated lignin aspen wood pulp fibers increase the surface dissolution, aspen woodpulp fiber surface lignin content decreased by2.0-5.0%, while the total lignincontent reduces the0.3-1.9%. Proved oxygen-hydrogen peroxide treatment whenchanges occurred in the lignin content of aspen wood pulp fiber surfaces, lignindissolved in favor of the fiber surface absorbent swelling, increasing pulp of wirebroom performance, improve pulp strength.
