The atmospheric fixed bed intermittent gasification technology is the most gasificationtechnology widely for our application, because the technology is1/3time in the blown gasexhaust, resulting in energy waste and environmental pollution, and the temperature in thereaction process and is not easy to control, thus affecting thequality of gas production. The fixedbed gasification technology to solve the blown gas emissions between the intermittentgasification process, but there are still controlthe temperature should not be furnace, highcarbon dioxide production gas composition, effect of air quality problems.In order to solve the above two kinds of gasification technology defects, whileenhancingthe production of gas solid fuel gasification, the fixed bed intermittent gasifier, continuous fixedbed gasifier is studied equipment modification.Research contents are as follows:1、Solid fuel gasification process, with the response to changes in temperature andpressure is presented.2、The main type of furnace for gasifying furnace existing were analyzed andcompared,and their advantages and disadvantages, research. Ways to improve and studyitsshortcomings.3、Study on the technology condition of equipment before reconstruction.4、Study on the fixed bed gasification furnace equipment classification project.5、Study on the transformation of the equipment in the production process in industrialproduction.6、Analysis of equipment after the transformation of the economic benefits, comparison.
