First, we can find the optimal dosage for the four inhibitor of hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid, citric acid and EDTA at different temperatures through the experimentalmethod, and test the best corrosion inhibition efficiency values; then, we take the cleaningexperiment by the different types of fouling of the boiler cleaning process and obtain theoptimum cleaning the ratio of the acidic solution.We used molecular dynamics simulation study to commence the initial study ofcorrosion inhibitor mechanics in the cleaning of hydrochloric acid cleaning corrosioninhibitor, like SM-1, SM-2, SM-3. Different of diffusion coefficients of different corrosioninhibitor of corrosive medium(Cl-、H3O+、H2O) were calculated. The microscopicmechanic of corrosion inhibitor restraining corrosive medium were studied in many aspect,such as adsorption energy, free volume fraction, the interaction between corrosive mediumand corrosion inhibitor film, self-diffusion coefficient. And we simulated the relationshipbetween three corrosion inhibitor molecular and the relative experiment.
