Well completion that is the important part of well construction is a systematicengineering from drilling the layer of oil and gas to production. It’s difficult to completelyavoid the accurrence of a variety of well control incidents, in the event of blowout, it will notonly affect the normal operation of oil and gas wells, but result in significant economiclosses,environmental pollution and serious personal harm, so evaluation of well completioncontrol risk is very necessary.This article compiled62scientific papers from1994to2002, summarized the commonsix evaluation method for drilling risk, analyzed and compared the advantages, disadvantagesand application of them, summarized the advantages of extensive comprehensive evaluationapplied to well completion control risk evaluation. Against to the short of troditional extensivecomprehensive evaluation, this article proposed improved element extension comprehensiveevaluation process on the basis of data optimization analysis and feedback mechanismsensitivity analysis.Based on the theory of improved element extension comprehensive evaluation model,did the extensive comprehensive evaluation of typical Luojia16H and Heba102, determinedtheir risk level, found the key risk incentives; took Luojia16H’s data for example, conductedthe sensitivity analysis of well completion control incentives’s single-factor, multi-factor andfeedback mechanisms; developed key incentive control measures contrary to sensitiveincentives on the foundation of sensitivity analysis. It virified that the improved extensivecomprehensive evaluation method could be applied to the well completion control riskassessment.This article introduced the improved extension comprehensive evaluation to the wellcompletion, established a specific method of calculation and analysis steps, buildt specificwell completion control risk evaluation operating procedures, the research can provide guidance to identify well control risk and take scientific technology measures for on-siteengineering and technical personnal. This reseach is a beneficial exploration and attempt topredict and control the well completion control risk.
