At present, many domestic oil fields have entered late development stage of the highwater cut. The sharp rise of the water-oil ratio leads to the increase of the production cost yearby year, and therefore improving the effects of the development of the oilfield is an veryimportant issue that should be solved immediately. The research focuses on stabilizing oilproduction or reduce the decrease, improving water flooding recovery and economic benefit.At the same time as the greatly variation of the reservoir lithology, physical properties,oiliness, and other conditions, the type of reservoir is more complex. Being controlled by thedeposition, tectonic faults, lithology and multiple factors, the distribution of the remaining oilpresents the characteristics of complexity and diversity increasingly. It is urgent to carry outoilfield development research, classification and evaluation of the development effects.According to the assessment and classification of each block in the development effectevaluation, the inefficiently developed block should be considered for getting optimalmeasures configuration in the oil field planning period based on the measures planning model.The optimal measures configuration obtained through the measures planning model based onoptimization theory, combined the standards for selecting wells which are arranged forimplementing measures, could guide implementation of the measures for stabilizingproduction of the oilfield, and achieve the best of the investment structure, efficiency ofreturn and economic benefit.Based on the problems such as production decline, poor development effects, etc. facedby Song Fangtun oilfield of eighth factory in daqing oil production which enter latedevelopment stage, this article has carried on the classification of development effectevaluation, stabilizing production planning model, the selecting wells standard measures andwells preferred model measures such three aspects of in-depth study, to guide the implementation of stabilizing oilfield production. Firstly, oilfield development effectevaluation model was established based on the fully study of the oilfield development effectevaluation index system and the classification evaluation standards, to guide each developedblock of Song Fangtun oilfield for the evaluation of development effects; Then on the basis ofconsidering increased amount of oil and water, workload and measures cost, according to theoptimization and stochastic programming theory, established a reasonable measures planningmodel which obey the development law of Song Fangtun oilfield, and apply geneticalgorithm which has high adaptability and robustness, and can quickly find the global optimalsolution, then get the optimal measures of reasonable configuration; Finally, according to theincreasing effect of each well production, establish a reasonable standard to select wells formeasures. Then after optimizing combination measures and quantizing limit, established aoptimization model to select wells for measures. With the combination of this model andoptimization scheme of measures configuration, guide the implementation of stabilizingproduction measures for Song Fangtun oilfield, and achieved good application effect.
