The gas-liquid two-phase flow is widely present in the field of petroleum industry,metallurgical industry, chemical industry and so on. The research of vibration mechanism ofpipeline conveying gas-liquid two-phase flow based on flow pattern is important forgas-liquid two phase flow stream pipeline safety, economic operation and accuratemeasurement.Based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between the pipe, gas phase andliquid phase, the gas-liquid two-phase flow induced vibration mechanism is establishedaccording to the different flow patterns. First of all, according to the basic equations of fluidflow (mass conservation equation, momentum equation and energy conservation equations),two-phase fluid flow model for different flow pattern is established. Then, pipeline structuralvibration model is established adopting straight beam model of two simple supported ends.Finally, the gas-liquid two-phase flow-induced the pipe vibration mechanism model isestablished by coupling the two-phase fluid flow model and pipeline structure model togethermainly considering friction coupling and Poisson coupling.The various flow patterns are divided into fewer categories according to the continuity ofgas liquid two phase fluid. Mist/bubble flow may be approximated as single phase flow, so thefluid flow model is established referring to homogeneous flow model and mist/bubble flowinduced pipeline vibration model is established after analyzing the internal mechanism.Similarly, the fluid flow model of stratified flow is established referring to split phase flowmodel, and stratified flow induced pipeline vibration model is established after analyzing theinternal mechanism. Finally, annular flow induced pipeline vibration model is preliminarily established.In this paper, the flow-induced vibration mechanism models of mist/bubbly flow,stratified flow, annular flow are respectively established. It provides a valuable reference tothe research of flow-induced vibrations and gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern identification.
