China’s oil companies are being in complex domestic and international macroeconomicenvironment facing the oilfield scarcity of resources, market limitations, environmentalconstraints, the law of development in increasing costs and diminishing returns and otherpractical problems. In order to adapt changing environment, China’s oil companies have totake a high-efficiency and low-cost road of sustainable development. The reservoir evaluationproject is a link between exploration and exploitation. It is necessary of optimizing reservoirevaluations for ensuring the accuracy of oil and gas exploration and development, satisfyingthe different requirements of reservoir evaluation job. controlling the cost of Exploration andexploitation and enhancing proven economically recoverable reserves is of great significance.In order to better address the optimization of reservoir evaluation program, the paperbased on the intensive research. Firstly, the paper elaborated on the characteristics of Oil andGas Reservoir Evaluation Program Multi-attribute Optimization. Comb the basic theory ofoptimization of reservoir evaluation program. Established a multi-level system of technicaland economic indicators included indexes of economic, environmental, social, and risk. Then,the paper used Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation to empower evaluation index inreservoir evaluation. In the same time, it took ambiguity of human judgment into account andextended AHP evaluation in fuzzy environment.At last,it applied triangular fuzzy numbers tomake judgments and draw the weights. Moreover, the program attributes were expanded astriangular fuzzy numbers and the paper built a multi-attribute optimization model based ongray relational analysis. Finally, the paper carried out empirical analysis of multiple attributeoptimization of reservoir evaluation programs. |
